Today I have been scoffing my face again! I made eggs Benedict for brunch and sat and read the papers with Chris all civilised whilst drinking juice.
There is 6 months til the wedding and I have been told that if I want to lose some weight I need to do an hour of exercise of some form a day. So this afternoon I have been on the exercise bike, it was only for 30 minutes but it was a start.
So today's picture is brought to you from our third bedroom which is the gym/study : )
The hoodie is vintage from some shop in Bangor from a couple of years ago. I love it because it has my initials and the year I was born on it :) The exercise bike is from Tesco and the 3/4 trousers are from Primark.
As I am now in super fitness mode I have started using www.myfitnesspal.com again. It is an amazing tool as it tells you how much you should be eating to lose weight but it also calculates the calories from what your eating the exercise that you are doing.
So for 30 minutes on the exercise bike I burnt 280 calories this afternoon but for my juice and eggs Benedict this morning that was 600 calories!
