Today has not been a very good day at all. I woke up this morning to find that my heating had stopped, so that meant I had no hot water or any heat. The only saving grace is the fact that Mum lives across the road so I could borrow some of her hot water for a shower. When I called the emergency number I was told that we were out of warranty and there was nothing they could do! Hopefully the site foreman and plumber can have a look at it and sort it for me tomorrow. It's typical that the boiler stops working when the other half is in another country.
After finally having a shower at Mum's this afternoon I got dressed. I wore my Samantha necklace from the in laws, a red necklace that I picked up for 15p from Aberkhan, a H&M dress and a Primark kimono.
As Chris has been away I have been watching a lot of Sex and the City, I forgot how good it was. I started on Season 3 for some reason, not that there was anything wrong with season 1&2. I think I enjoyed the clothes better from season 3 onwards. Sex and the city always gives me food for thought and outfit ideas : )
Before I forget I would like to take this opportunity to wish my pappy a very happy birthday! He is currently sunning himself with Chris in Gibraltar for the stag do.
