The dress and boots are from Tesco, nothing better than a bit of F&F and the belt is from Primarrk.
When I arrived at work I had a single red rose, scratch card and a rolo in a ring box. From my husband I hear you ask? No from work, everybody got a little surprise on their desk. How nice is that!
When I got home from work I had another surprise waiting for me, Chris and I had said we weren't doing presents this year we would just have a nice meal in. But Chris had gone out and bought me a gorgeous chain to put this Turkish charm on. I think it is called an evil eye. it is meant to protect the wearer from harm.
I love it!
We scoffed a lovely three course meal that Chris had made and it was all slimming world friendly for me : )
We started with asparagus and mozzarella wrapped in parma ham. Followed by a Kangaroo steak, rosemary roasted potatoes, tender stem broccoli, asparagus, fine beans and garlic swede mash. And to finish we had a mango syllabub topped with blueberries.
Of course no meal is complete without a glass or two of wine. We had a glass of champagne with real gold in it and had a lovely glass of red wine. We actually picked up the bottle of wine when we were in the Cape Verde islands on honeymoon.
